Hours after the Central Bank of Nigeria announced the dissolution of the Board and Management of Union Bank, Keystone Bank and Polaris Bank, the apex regulator announced ithas appointed new executives to oversee the affairs of the banks;
Union Bank has Yetunde Oni as Managing Director/Chief Executive Office and Mannir Ubali Ringim is to serve as Executive Director.
Keystone Bank will be supretended over by Hassan Imam Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer and Chioma A. Mang-Executive Director while the CBN appointed Lawal Mudathir Omokayode Akintola to serve as Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer to Polaris Bank and Chris Onyeka Ofikulu is Executive Director.
